Characteristics of our solution:
Distribution of the necessary fabric to make a sofa, once cut. This is uploaded to the airline to be distributed to the different sewing machines.
Once the sewing of the pieces is finished. They are loaded into the airline section for sheathing.
The other part of the sofa is loaded on the upholstery line.
These air conveyor for the distribution of components offers a great automation of the process as it allows us to accumulate a large inventory buffer in the line (700-900 bags), freeing a large space in the work surface. Through RFID system allows to have control at all times of the position of each item making muna product distribution to each position without errors.
